Change of Status Documents - UNDER CONSTRUCTION
These documents are freely available from Peter Wilson at www.ClaimYourStrawman.com - Peter originated them.
Richard Moore has looked at them VERY closely and in particular at the Security Agreement, which is written as a contract. It's missing a second signature, that of the Debtor. It has space for the Creditor to autograph.
It is solely up to you which version you want to use.
It is suggested that you file your UCC paperwork before completing your change of status paperwok.
Download Richard's Change of Status document versions below.... corrected for typos, and the Debtor's signature and witness panel included.

22.08.22 - We're going to add a couple of pages to NL4 (below) and we're taking our time, because we want this info to be all in one place, complete and we don't intend revisiting it. We're going to be moving on to Private Trusts and truly getting ourselves 'into the private' from NL5 onwards.
